We will recommend and help implement remedial actions to bring the marketing and sales operation to class leading standards.

Alternatively, we will take a line management role and lead marketing and sales efforts with existing clients, resellers and new prospects.  In this latter role our service can include: market entry strategy including territory, channel and reseller planning; sales leadership including relationship management; implementing ‘land and expand’ strategies in existing accounts.  We will quickly organise revenue hunts across a business and deliver rapid results.

Programme Management

We also help our clients to design and deliver challenging and complex business and technical programmes.  Our programme management work ranges from 'hard' technology projects, through to 'transformation' projects involving significant IT and change management.  Engineering change, especially that which requires behavioural change, is fraught with difficulty.  Our consultants have an extensive track record in successfully leading large change programmes.  As well as leading programmes through their life-cycle, we carry out project assurance assignments to check whether critical programmes will meet delivery deadlines and budget.
